Pre-registration online and by fax/mail is now closed. All registrations must now be done on-site.

Conference Registration Fees (except for the one day pass registrations) include:

  • Hardcopy of the Extended Abstract Book

*One Day Pass Registration includes admission to the technical sessions on the selected day only. You must choose in advance which day you plan to attend.

Participants registering at the IEEE Member rates must provide IEEE Member number during online registration.
Participants registering at the Student rates must present Student ID at on-site check-in.

All participants must register and pay the appropriate fee, including invited speakers.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express)
  • Check (must be drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. dollars and made payable to “Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers Inc.”
  • Wire Transfer (contact Centennial Conferences for bank information)

Requests to change a conference registration must be made in writing and emailed or faxed to Centennial Conferences.

For cancellations, pre-paid registration fees are refundable less a US $95 processing fee if notification of cancellation is received in writing (mail, email, or fax) by Centennial Conferences no later than June 7, 2013. Cancellations after June 7, 2013 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted. Additional tickets are non-refundable.

After June 21, 2013 please register on-site. Advanced Conference registration will be closed at midnight, EST on Friday, June 21, 2013. Mailed, faxed, or emailed registration forms must be received by June 21, 2013 in order to be processed as a pre-registration.
