Lodging Fee and Information
Conference Group Rate: US $179 per night plus 12% tax for single or double occupancy.
High-speed wireless internet is included in the room rate over the Conference dates.
The Group Rate is lower than the Government rate for Cambridge, MA during the time of the conference.
A deposit equal to one night’s sleeping room rate + tax by a major credit card or a check is required to confirm your reservation.
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is prior to 12:00 noon.

Cancellations
Guaranteed reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to check-in time of 4:00 PM. If you cancel within the 24 hour period you will be charged room and tax for one night.
Sharing Rooms
Roommates and guests are the responsibility of each individual. If one person cancels, the other(s) will be charged the full rate. Each roommate is asked to check in separately at the front desk and present his/her own method of payment.
