Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit a full paper for inclusion in the program booklet that will be distributed at the Conference. (ISEC has traditionally referred to these as “extended abstracts.”) Authors must follow the guidelines posted here.
Authors who wish to also publish their papers in the ISEC 2013 Proceedings will be provided with complete instructions for final paper submission and copyright transfer by June 17, 2013 at a later date. The ISEC Proceedings are to be published by the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
